logitech m235 colt matte wireless optical mouse

The Logitech M235 is a popular, compact wireless optical mouse known for its reliable connectivity, long battery life, and comfortable, ambidextrous design with soft rubber grips. The “Colt Matte” is a specific sleek color option available for this model.

• Connectivity: It uses a powerful and reliable 2.4 GHz wireless connection via a tiny USB nano receiver, which can be stored inside the mouse when not in use. This receiver is often a Logitech Unifying receiver, allowing connection of up to six compatible devices.
• Design: The mouse has a contoured, ambidextrous shape with soft rubber side grips, making it comfortable for both right- and left-handed users. Its compact, portable size is ideal for travel or use in limited workspaces.
• Tracking: It features Logitech Advanced Optical Tracking with 1000 DPI for smooth, precise cursor control on most surfaces, including wood and metal desks (but it may struggle on glass).
• Battery Life: The M235 delivers an impressive 12 months of battery life on a single AA battery, thanks to an on/off switch and smart sleep mode to conserve power.
• Compatibility: It offers plug-and-play simplicity and is compatible with a wide range of operating systems, including Windows, macOS, Linux, and Chrome OS.
• Colt Matte Finish: The “Colt Matte” finish provides a sleek, modern, and professional appearance that is also resistant to fingerprints.

• Comfort and Portability: Reviewers often praise its comfortable grip and portable, lightweight design, making it a great option for people on the go or using laptops.
• Reliability and Ease of Use: The plug-and-play setup and reliable wireless connection are consistent highlights. Many users report that the mouse is a durable “workhorse” that performs reliably for years.
• Performance: Users appreciate the smooth tracking and accurate line-by-line scrolling for everyday tasks, web browsing, and office work.
• Limitations: The primary drawbacks mentioned in reviews are that the clicks can be somewhat loud (it does not have Silent Touch technology) and its small size might not be suitable for users with very large hands. It is also not designed for high-intensity gaming due to potential input lag
